Recently an attorney of our firm settled a 1.5 Million Dollar fall case.  This was a difficult case that several other attorneys turned down before this very nice gentleman was referred to our office.  He was hired to clean up a home that had fallen into foreclosure and was owned by the bank.  As he was cleaning up the home, in the attic, he lifted a piece of material and fell through a hole beneath it.  The hole could not be seen because it was covered and when he took a step as he was moving it, he fell into the hole and to the ground below.  He suffered very serious injuries.

This was a complicated case for many reasons.  There were multiple parties involved. This was a very seriously and very nice gentleman.  His life had been completely uprooted.  Multiple parties were pointing the finger at each other.
